Jacquelyn and Lindsay, at 38 and 37, went from living ordinary lives, their days filled with their children's activities, Target runs, spending time with their husbands and for Lindsay, teaching 6th grade Reading and Language Arts, until they found themselves battling Metastatic breast cancer. Prior to their nearly identical diagnosis the two women had not met, both would later agree upon how fortunate they felt to have been brought together because of it.
Sadly, Lindsay passed away in the fall of 2023. Prior to her passing, and as the result of the 2023 Twin Cities marathon being cancelled the love4lindsay run was born. We continue to honor Lindsay’s life by raising funds for metastatic breast cancer research during the annual fun run.

We love and miss you so much Lindsay. I hope I make you proud.
